Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique where the practitioner transfers vital life-force energy from the palms of their hands to the client.
Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal, and restores the body's energy flow, promoting relaxation, harmony and wellbeing on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level.

The Japanese word Rei-ki (pronounced Ray-key) means Universal Life-force Energy. The syllable Rei means universal or spiritual life-force, while Ki means energy.
A Reiki session is gentle and soothing, it's an hour of time just for yourself, where you allow your body to relax, restore and return to balance.
During the session most clients feel a warm sensation from the energy, some feel tingling, others feel their digestive system waking up, some people feel strong emotions arising, others even have visions.
But for everyone who opens their hearts and minds to the flow of Reiki, a wonderful sense of relaxation & wellbeing washes over them, a restful state where healing can flourish and magic and miracles can occur.
